This page provides details of the regular Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings held across the North East and North Cumbria Maternal Medicine Network. The spoke site MDTs are held remotely on a monthly basis and provide an opportunity to discuss patients whose medical complexity meets the threshold for referral to the Network, as defined by NHS England’s Maternal Medicine Networks Service Specification<\/a><\/p>\n

In addition to the spoke site MDTs, a number of specialist MDTs are held at the Maternal Medicine Centre at the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI), Newcastle; details of these are provided below.
