Referral criteria

Conditions for consideration of referral for an opinion, advice or MMC led care.

For women requiring MMC led care they are managed in the specialist clinic on Thursdays mornings at the RVI. A pre-pregnancy counselling service is offered to diabetic patients at the Newcastle Diabetes centre.
